These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of products through our site, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it, will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland. If you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

You will lose your right to cancel once delivery of the digital content has begun, but only where we have:

provided confirmation of your acknowledgement that your cancellation right is thereby waived.

We will request this acknowledgement from you at the point of purchase. If you have not provided that acknowledgement, your cancellation rights remain in force.

4. Cinema Membership and Streaming Service

Membership to our Cinema section provides access to our streaming service. The following terms apply to membership purchases:

4.1 Cancellation of membership

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for any unused portion of a billing period where you have had uninterrupted access to the service during that period.

4.2 Commencement of streaming access

Your streaming access will begin immediately upon registration and confirmation of payment. By agreeing to these Terms and proceeding with your purchase, you expressly request that we begin supplying the streaming service immediately and acknowledge that, by doing so, you waive your right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period, provided we have obtained your prior consent at the point of purchase as described in clause 3.2 above.

4.3 Service availability

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the streaming service is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. In the event of a prolonged service outage that is within our control, we will take reasonable steps to rectify this and, where appropriate, provide a remedy including account credit or a partial refund.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where we make material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you by email and/or by a prominent notice on the website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you may cancel your membership or cease using the website before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the website after that date will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms

By joining the Triga Films Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility and Approval

To join, you must complete an application and be approved by Triga Films. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Promotion Guidelines

All promotional content must be ethical and compliant with applicable legal standards. Unauthorised use of Triga Films branding or content is strictly prohibited.

3. Commission and Payments

Affiliates earn a 30% commission on sales generated through their referral links. Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, with a minimum payout threshold of GBP 100. Refunds and chargebacks will be deducted from your total earnings.

4. Tracking and Reporting

Referrals are tracked via cookies with a 30-day duration. Affiliates may access performance reports through the affiliate dashboard.

5. Prohibited Activities

Spamming, fraudulent activity, and unauthorised promotional methods are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

6. Confidentiality

Affiliates must keep all confidential information relating to Triga Films and its customers confidential, and must comply with all applicable data protection laws when handling user data.

7. Termination

Triga Films reserves the right to terminate any affiliate agreement for material violations of these terms. Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove Triga Films content from their channels.

8. Modifications

Triga Films may modify these affiliate terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email with reasonable advance notice.

9. Governing Law

These affiliate terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
