1. PromoterThe promoter of this prize draw is Robot-M Ltd, trading as Triga Films, of 310 Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX ("the Promoter").

The PromotionThe Triga Films Bank Holiday Weekend Prize Draw ("the Promotion") offers eligible entrants the chance to win one year of free Cinema streaming membership on the Triga Films website ("the Prize"). The Promotion is run solely by the Promoter and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any third party.
3. EligibilityThe Promotion is open to individuals who are:
aged 18 years or over;
resident in a jurisdiction where participation in this type of promotion is lawful;
not an employee, officer, agent, or family member of an employee of Robot-M Ltd.
By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.
4. Promotion PeriodThe Promotion opens at 00:01am on Saturday 24 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Monday 26 May 2025 ("the Promotion Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
5. How to EnterThere are two methods of entry. Each person may submit one entry per purchase (Method A) and one free postal entry (Method B), regardless of the number of entries submitted. All valid entries, however submitted, will be placed into the same draw and carry an equal chance of winning.
Method A: Purchase EntryMake any purchase on the Triga Films website at https://www.trigafilms.net during the Promotion Period. One entry will be automatically added to the draw for each qualifying transaction completed during the Promotion Period. No additional steps are required.
Method B: Free Postal EntryNo purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without making a purchase, send a letter including your full name and a valid email address to:

Postal entries must be received by the Promoter no later than Friday 30 May 2026, before 5:00pm.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for postal entries that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. A stamped addressed envelope is not required.
6. The PrizeOne (1) prize is available, consisting of: one year of Triga Films Cinema streaming membership, equivalent to twelve monthly membership fees at the current standard rate of £14.99 per month (total value £179.88).
The Prize provides access to the Cinema streaming section of the Triga Films website for a period of twelve consecutive months from the date of activation.
The Prize:is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative;
must be activated within 28 days of the winner being notified, failing which it may be forfeited;
provides access to the Cinema library as it exists at the time of activation; content availability may change during the Prize period;
does not include downloadable content, physical products, or any other membership tier benefits not forming part of the standard Cinema membership.
7. The DrawThe draw will take place on Friday 30 May 2025. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
8. Winner NotificationThe winner will be notified by email using the address provided at the time of entry, no later than Friday 30 May 2025. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the first notification attempt, or if the winner fails to respond within that period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
9. Winners ListThe first name and initial of the winning entrant will be available on request for a period of 60 days following the draw date. To request this information, please email

10. Data ProtectionPersonal data submitted as part of this Promotion will be collected and processed by Robot-M Ltd solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Entry data will be retained only for as long as is necessary to administer the Promotion and comply with any legal obligations, after which it will be securely deleted. Entry data will not be used for marketing purposes without your separate and explicit consent.

11. General ConditionsThe Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or who it reasonably suspects of tampering with the entry process or acting in breach of these Terms.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so, subject to applicable law. Any changes will be communicated on the Triga Films website.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical or other reasons beyond its control.
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
