2. Promotion Guidelines: Affiliates must adhere to our promotional guidelines, ensuring all promotional content is ethical and compliant with legal standards. Unauthorized use of Triga Films' branding or content is strictly prohibited.
3. Commission and Payments: Affiliates earn a 30% commission on sales generated through their referral links. Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, with a minimum payout threshold of £100. Refunds and chargebacks will be deducted from your total earnings.
4. Tracking and Reporting: Referrals are tracked via cookies, which have a 30-day duration. Affiliates can access their performance reports through our affiliate dashboard.
5. Prohibited Activities: Spamming, fraudulent activities, and unauthorized promotional methods are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
6. Confidentiality: Affiliates must keep sensitive information confidential and comply with data protection laws when handling user data.
7. Termination: Triga Films reserves the right to terminate any affiliate agreement at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, affiliates must cease all promotional activities and remove Triga Films' content from their channels.
8. Modifications: Triga Films may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.
9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in England.
